Character summary

Book 1
Sanctuary: The Governor's Daughter

Millie is introduced as one of Riverwell's most recognized faces and a prominent fashion model who dumps her boyfriend, Luke Morrison, after uncovering his widespread infidelity.

Her fiercely loyal fanbase ruthlessly attacks Hannah Maximus online when Luke begins dating the Governor's daughter to restore his ruined social capital.

While recovering from an injury sustained during a runway show collapse, Millie is manipulated by Luke into believing he never stopped loving her and that Hannah was just a distraction.

Desperate for stability, she eventually takes him back and becomes pregnant with his child, entirely unaware that he is simultaneously stringing Hannah along.

Book 4
Sanctuary: Legacy

Years later, having embraced motherhood and matured from her past drama, Millie appears on the Bridge network morning show with Spencer and publicly apologizes to Hannah for allowing her fanbase to bully her.

During the broadcast, she makes a historic confession: she was actually born in the UTR village of Ducei, and her biological parents were UTR citizens killed in a robbery before she was adopted by wealthy Wellians.

She uses her massive platform to fiercely defend Danny Buholo and the UTR citizens against Samuel Grant's toxic, nationalist propaganda, urging the country not to punish an entire community for the actions of a few.

She actively campaigns for Governor Maximus, appearing at his high-profile rally in Exaria despite facing vicious public threats and targeted tax audits from Samuel Grant.

At Danny and Hannah's grand wedding, Millie attends as a celebrated guest and meets Danny's sister, Ella. Recognizing her striking presence, Millie offers the young woman a life-changing contract at her newly opened agency to become the very first supermodel from Cora.
